I recently started coming to Susan for eyebrow threading a couple of months ago. Susan is a professional and knows what she is doing. Eyebrow threading is an art, and she has truly mastered that. She incorporates your preferences and is very precise with her work. She makes my eyebrows look so symmetrical and perfects the shape. I used to go to Layla's Threading in Thousand Oaks, and they had completely made my eyebrows uneven and two different shapes and thinned one out too much. After that, I started coming to Susan and she saved my eyebrows and brought my shape and symmetry back. Ever since that experience, I am a loyal customer to Susan's Eyebrow Threading!

If I could give zero stars if I could. I went today to get my eyebrows waxed as I have been a loyal customer until today. The person there was new and completely waxed my eye brow off. The worst part is she did not tell me tell after it was already done. She stated she was unable to do wax since she had a cut on her finger then why bother even trying and ruining someone’s eyebrows. She told me she would dye it and charge me $25.00 for the dye. I told her I was not going to be paying for anything. She only wanted to dye one eyebrow. This place is beyond unprofessional. I had
To go to ulta after and spend almost $60 to try to make my eye brow look decent until it grows back. Never ever coming back here beyond unprofessional. She didn’t even bother to apologizes.

Never really gotten my eyebrows done before so I decided to get them threaded. The prices are great and Tannu did an amazing job. She’s a very sweet girl and she makes sure you’re comfortable. I would definitely come here again

I started going to Susan in 2020. I searched years for someone who would be able to consistently do my eyebrows before finally finding Susan. I commute 30 minutes because I appreciate the respect and quality she strives for each visit. Susan now does my full face every two weeks which gives me the confidence I desire. She also put me on her skin care line that I can say really helped change the definition of my skin. I also occasionally get facials done by her to improve my skin. Thank you Susan! I highly recommend her skin care products. My favorite product is the BB Cream that perfectly matches my skin 🙂

I’ve been going to Susan’s for quite a few years and recently I’ve tried a new person there to thread my eyebrows, her name is Tannu . She’s a very nice person & does an excellent job of threading. She always asks if I’m doing okay and is very considerate. I love the way she shapes my eyebrows . She’s my favorite go to person to have threading done !
