First and last time I will shop here. Or, attempt to shop, I should say. I walked into the Three Notch location, which was empty at the time, and I hear a voice say "Can I help you?" I finally located her behind the counter in a corner. (Shouldn't a Sales Associate approach you?) I told her what I was looking for, and she said something like O.K. Now, at this point, I think she is going to show me what I'm looking for. Then the phone rings and she says "Hold on a minute." and answers it. I have no problem with that. What bothered me was the fact that she proceeded to spend 8 plus minutes describing and finding the item(s) for the caller instead of asking them to hold on and pointing me in the right direction. I wear an extra large so I browsed for a bit, not seeing anything beyond a large. Perhaps they don't carry my size, but, again, she should have put the call on hold and told me so. She then takes the callers item(s) behind the counter and I think, "she is finally going to assist me". NOPE. She starts taking the callers payment info. WOW. This is the rudest I have ever been treated so I walked out. I'm happy to say that the next place I went to was happy to help me and I bought two outfits I thought were much better looking than anything I saw in this shop. Never again and, yes, I will not hesitate to spread my experience by the best form of advertising, Word of Mouth.
