After my recent visit to The Hair Parlour, I originally left a negative review, but I’m happy to update it to five stars! Ashley, one of the owners, personally reached out to address my concerns and went above and beyond to make things right.

She re-toned my highlights to perfectly match the cooler tones I had requested and re-did the cut, fixing the uneven lengths and creating beautiful, cohesive layers. The result is fantastic—I absolutely love the cut now! The highlights, while a little darker than I had originally envisioned, complement my skin tone and look natural.

Not only did she deliver great results, but she was also incredibly friendly, proactive, and took the time to listen to my feedback. I really appreciated her willingness to step in and ensure I left happy. It's clear she and Rebecca value their clients and the quality of their experience.

First couple of cuts were decent, third was a disaster. I went in asking for a 1" trim and got out to my car to realize most of my hair in the back was gone. I have curly hair that doesn't do well this short. My email with the owners apologized, but said the stylist didn't understand that I wanted to preserve my length. I'm not sure how a 1" trim gets interpreted to cut most of the back of my hair off. They did offer to cut my hair again in the future. I guess be very cautious in describing how to cut your hair and watch them well . I'm so sad and can't even put my hair in a ponytail now. I spent lots of money on a place that promises it knows curly cuts and still have this happen.

I went in for a balayage. I knew I may not be able to get to what my inspo picture looked like but the stylist reassured me. My hair is really damaged and very orange. I spent 4 hours of my time and over 200 dollars. I called and they did offer to put a toner on my hair but I didn’t feel very welcome at the salon and they were making it seem like it was my fault. Now my hair is falling out and I have to go pay someone else more to try and save it/make it not bright orange.

Danell is amazing, and so is everything about this salon!!!

I wish I had a before picture! I went in with super faded, overgrown, frizzy hair! Danell worked magic on my hair!!! I didn't even know my hair could be this curly! Not only did she cut and dye my hair, but she also taught me how to manage it! She showed me how to get it to look like this again! I absolutely love my hair, and we will definitely be back! It's so crazy how good a new hair style makes you feel!!! Thank you, Danell! I appreciate you so much!

I had a wonderful experience with Bryce! She was super nice and helpful with teaching me how to style my wavy hair. I appreciated her asking questions before and during the cut and style, so we were on the same page. I was very impressed she took the time to style and dry my long, dense hair! I left the appointment loving my hair and confident I could replicate her styling techniques at home. I would highly recommend!

When my hair stylist moved out of the state, I searched for a good hair stylist for two years. I tried at least seven different stylists but wasn't happy with the results to meet my expectations.

After extensive research, I found Madeline from The Hair Parlour. Yesterday was my first time meeting Madeline, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and sat down in front of me; Madeline took the time to listen to my preferences and offered valuable suggestions based on my hair type. Michelle is the absolute best! I’m very picky about my hair, it’s hard to find someone who knows how to work with thick curly hair but she is a master. We did a deva cut and dye and it looks so good, my curls are very happy! I love how the purple came out and it has lasted almost the entire quarantine, it’s finally starting to fade after 3 months which is a very long time for purple to last. Can’t wait to go back.
