Honestly wonderful, every time I've gone here I get nothing but smiles and excitement. I had the lady make me a shine or whatever it's called and they did amazing. It was strawberry cupcake white chocolate with a cream base. They went above and beyond what I assumed they would do and for that they have my thanks. If you are on the fence about trying a new coffee shop try human bean first as I think they beat every other one

The girls are always so friendly and helpful. The coffee is fantastic no acid burn like from those guys I won't mention any names or initials. Thanks for a great cup of coffee on a long days journey

Always love this coffee shop and love that there are new enployees,,, but if you dont get the order or size of order correct then you should write it down. Because it's happening . It's ok, just try and learn the sizes of the cups please and what is actually ordered. . Once I leave the drive up it's too late to make correct.
Otherwise, we love coming to get drinks there !! Always pleasant and good drinks.!!

As a barista I'm usually a happy customer! But unfortunately I just got two of the worst drink I've ever tasted. A dirty vanilla chai with oat milk that somehow tastes like dirty water. And a white chocolate salted caramel breve latte that just tasted like straight watered down milk, no coffee; it's way too light to have coffee in it. On top of our absolutely disgusting drinks our barista had 0 customer service skills. When she needed me to repeat my order she dumbfoundedly looked at me in silence then said "what" it's so simple to say "sorry what was that" or even "sorry one more time" I really hope anyone who wastes 10 minutes of their day waiting like we did atleast gets a drinkable beverage! So disappointed! This barista needs some serious training!! Would have rather spent my money on gas station coffee. Blonde girl with facial peircings on 10/14/24 around 6am

Energy drinks used to be better when they used Rockstar to make them, now they use a different brand of energy drinks and drinks aren't the same. On another note their coffee and Italian sodas are good. If unsure of what to get try the Java Chip Granita, you won't regret it.

Rarely does a chain offer the coffee with honey and coconut milk. I was a happy coffee guzzling customer.
