I recently spent the weekend and Ojai and enjoyed several services at the Lymphatic Health Institute.
I started with an Ionic Foot Soak. I was a little scared at first to soak my feet in a bath with electricity,LOL. Sonia did a great job explaining how it works. The foot detox uses charged particles called ions that cleanses and purifies the body. Foot soaks can increase circulation, clean the skin, and relieve
aches and pains. It did just that! I wear high heel almost daily and the soak took away all the aches and pains in my feet!!!

Next, I tried the Whole Body Vibration Workout. With whole-body vibration, you stand, sit or lie on a machine with a vibrating platform. A work out, without working out Count me in!! As the machine vibrates, it transmits energy to your body, forcing your muscles to contract and relax dozens of times each second. Advocates say that vibration workouts aid in weight loss, burn fat, improve flexibility, enhance blood flow, reduce muscle soreness, build strength and decrease the stress hormone cortisol. It
was so much fun. I felt 10 pounds lighter when I finished!!

After that, I felt so good, I didn't want to leave. I decided to stay and enjoy the InfraRed Sauna. Their sauna is amazing...it utilizes Vibrational sound and Chromotherapy which aids in healing so many ailments such as pain relief, seasonal effective disorder, improved circulation and regulated mood. My session lasted 45 minutes but the heat felt so good I could have stayed in there for 2 more hours.

Before leaving, Sonia suggested a multi vitamin injection to boost my immune system to prepare for my flight home.

I traveled back home the next day. It stared with a car ride in crazy traffic to LAX, long lines at the airport then a 4 hour nonstop flight. I was amazed that I arrived home feeling refreshed and energized. I feel sure it's due to the fact that I decided to treat myself to some super cool services at the Lymphatic
Health Institute. I can't wait to go back!!
