Can I just say I absolutely love this Spa!!! The staff here is amazing. I was looking for someone to give my 9 year old the best birthday nails! Diana nailed it! She was so sweet and kind. What I love most was she took the time to listen to my daughter and brought her vision to life! What I love the most was that she did not use acrylics!!! She used Gel-X nails so it’s not so rough on her nails! Thank you Diana!!!

Alexis was so wonderful! She offered me a refreshment right away, she went over what she will be doing with my hair and talked me through the process. Great service! My boyfriend and I had reserved the couples massage for Valentine’s Day. Super cute, decorated the room with rose petals, and roses. It was our first time visiting the spa and they took extra time and care showing us around and explaining everything which was very much appreciated. 10/10 would recommend and will be returning soon!

I have been a client for over 20 years, but my stylist retired a few years ago. Since then, I have visited the salon several times, but I found the other stylists didn't know how to work with my type of hair. The last time I had an appointment booked, the stylist canceled on me a few hours before my appointment, which left me unable to get my hair done for an important occasion that same day. I opted to take a break from the salon for awhile, but decided to try again. To my dismay, I was informed I would have to pay 1/2 the cost of a haircut UPFRONT and pay an additionalfee of $2.99 (for using my card) in advance for the PRIVILEGE of making an appointment. Needing a cut, I went ahead and paid it. After the service, I paid the remainder and left a substantial tip, only to be charged another fee of almost 10% for using my credit card. There was no signage whatsoever that credit cards or debit cards would be charged for every swipe. When I inquired about it, the manager came out and said I was charged or making an appointment because I was a "first timer". I informed her I had been coming there for over 15 years , but she never offered to reverse the fee. Now, the total amount of the "Service Fees" was just over 6.00, which isn't a big deal, but the salon SHOULD have a sign informing patrons of the credit card fee AND/OR the receptionist should inform customers when they make appointments that a fee will be charged for using plastic.
The stylist was friendly and personable, and I was happy with her service, but the additional charges for using my debit/credit card without disclosure left me hesitating to return.
