The owner Jason was so kind and absolutely amazing! This was our first time visiting, we did a mobile order and pulled up to curbside pick up
We had previously went to another shop right before coming here and unfortunately got screwed over, items incorrect and overcharged on our order so we were short on cash for what we were ordering from The Ouid Shop. Jason was so cool and totally took care of us, we still were able to get everything we ordered and he even threw in a pre-roll for the inconvenience of the other shop! So grateful for the experience and will most definitely be visiting Jason and The Ouid Shop again!

Christeen and Terp are LITERALLY THE BEST!!! Christeen is always super helpful and always comes out to see if anyone needs help with a smile! Alec’s attitude and personality is absolutely infectious and incredible! He’s the whole reason we come! When the inside was being remodeled, he was outside with a speaker and attracting customers with his energetic enthusiasm. It was amazing. He actually stole us from fire station as that’s where we were headed. Now we’re forever Ouid shop loyal customers! Love them! Absolutely amazing!

Only once have I had a not quite so pleasant experience. Not today though, we had Ashli and she is AWESOME! She's knowledgeable and takes the time to really look into your question. We asked about a certain brand that reported as sold out. She double checked and actually found inventory that just wasn't showing in stock for their store, yet it was on display out front. Mistakes happen, no biggie. We had accepted they were out, so when she went on a whim to double check and found some! Freaking awesome! However there is one older gentleman I've had once and my mother has had the misfortune of ending up with every time. I didn't SEE him today and honestly didn't catch his name. We had arrived a half an hour before closing. But the place was surprisingly dead even considering the time. That's okay. Just going to the fact that he wasn't overwhelmed with people and he was only one working. Didn't smile, didn't even TRY to suggest deals or really anything. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I've been told he's always like that with my mom as well. But never to her boyfriend. Maybe he doesn't like women? Not sure. He wasn't outright RUDE. But he had the attitude of someone you would find working at Walmart instead of this wonderful place. Definitely still a 9.5/10 for me though! Love this place!

First time there. Was super impressed with the establishment and the kind people working. Christeen and Jason were great! Helped me find everything I was looking for. I love the fact that this shop is more traditional in sense you can actually see and smell what you want before purchasing. Unlike other shops that are order online only. 10/10 would recommend.
