The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They changed the batteries on my car key remotes for my Expedition. I was getting a low battery on both remotes on the dashboard. I brought the car to the store in case any reprogramming needed to be done.I had previously bought a remote for our Subaru when someone in the family misplaced the old remote. I bought a new one and they programmed the remotes here. When the other one showed up ,it didn't work anymore as it wasn't there when the other 2 were programmed.,I took them back to get all 3 reprogrammed together. The price both times was extremely reasonable. Great store also. They have pretty much everything here. I Highly recommend this store.

This place is absolutely fantastic but don’t go in unless you wanna spend some money cause they got everything you want and some. Staff is friendly and attentive and will do whatever it takes to deliver satisfaction that’s for damn sure.

Do you despise the box stores, the forced self check outs and lack of customer service if you can find an employee? Well then this is the place to be. Thruway hardware is staffed with friendly people who know where stuff is. For a relatively small store they have so much. I enjoy the frequent grilling on the Traeger outside the door, staff asking if you need help, coupons mailed to me and good products. Support your local businesses

Got some portable window screens here that didn’t work. I came in to return them a couple months past the deadline and because I don’t live nearby, they showed some flexibility and I was able to do an exchange. Even though this won’t be my local store since I live an hour away, I do pass through town sometimes and after this experience I will definitely make sure to stop by

Nice place to find everything you need for your garden or home repairs. Sometimes their system isn't updated accurately. I've been there a few times and their system says an item is in stock yet nobody can find it anywhere. The only issue I have is having to spend an hour with staff looking for a product. Fix that issue and it would be 5 stars.
