The reception waiting area is bright and inviting. While one waits for their treatment, The receptionist (Julie) offers comfortable guest seating and a nice glass of water. The treatment rooms are safe, warm and cozy for clients to dress down comfortably. The masseuse (Diane Estrada) offers the option of a 60 or 90 minutes sessions of deep muscle skeletal massage therapy using oils, heat, cupping, and pressure point manipulation. Dianne evaluates her client’s current physical condition and limitations where exactly their pain is located and implements a strategic massage treatment plan. I’ve personally been going to Dianne for restorative muscular skeletal massage therapy and it has help me to recover from several traumatic injuries. Thank you Julie and Diane for making me feel better and to heal healthy.

Jana, the acupuncturist, is amazing - the best that I've ever experienced. Darlene is a gifted massage therapist, and I keep coming back for her massages, as well. I literally feel lighter and happier when I leave, whether it's a cranio-sacral treatment, massage, acupuncture or a B12 shot. The entire staff, Julie, Robin, Jackie are kind, helpful and wonderful. I went to Thyme to see Darlene for a prenatal massage and it was an incredible experience. Firstly, the space is so inviting and well set up. (They have a prenatal massage mat that adjust to everybody and makes the massage relaxing and enjoyable). Secondly, Darlene is a kind and welcoming practitioner that is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable! I immediately felt well taking care of. We did a massage and cupping. I would highly recommend Darlene services. She also offers postnatal services and is someone to add to your pre and postnatal care team for sure.
