Here I am again one of my favorite places in Williams with some of my favorite people getting the favorite activity taken care of today I got a special treatment of fluoride. We love Ryan we love Brandon? we hope y’all have a nice Christmas I better say something about Dede’s we love Dedee right!

I’ve been going to Timberline for 1.5 years now and I’ve only had extremely positive experiences. The staff is always super friendly and I know my teeth are being well cared for. It’s also super convenient for those of us who are Grand Canyon residents to have a dental office in Williams instead of having to trek all the way to Flagstaff. Shout out to DeeDee for being so helpful and such a bright light every time I come in or have to call and change my appointment!

The reason for the 3 stars is because the front desk lady, Deedee, is extremely unprofessional and unkind. While on the phone with her discussing a bill that I should not have been sent, she said nasty things that she should be embarrassed for. She does not handle confrontation very well. However, Dr. Don made the issues right by calling me personally and letting me know that they were, in fact, in the wrong and absolved the bill. I greatly appreciate a business that can accept their wrongs and do right by their customers. I will not be returning, but I am appreciative of how things have been handled on Dr. Don's end. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the manager: Deedee.

I have been a patient do Timberline Dental for several years now . I regularly see my hygienist, Ashley Simonton . She is very thorough and gentle and gets the job done ! I am very happy with the dentist Brandon he makes me feel very comfortable and secure with his decisions on my teeth . I will always recommend Timberline Dental !

I just had my first cleaning and a great experience at Timberline Dental in Williams. Joe (xrays), Ryan (hygienist), Dr. Dawn (dentist) & DeeDee (front desk) were all so friendly. Ryan kept making sure I was comfortable. I'm thrilled to say, I have found our family's new dentist.

I’ve always been impressed with the doctors and staff, they sincerely treat you like family. They are all very professional and knowledgeable.
The atmosphere is a joy from the moment you walk in the door. Dee dee goes above and beyond to be helpful, and welcoming.
I’ve had bad experiences years ago with quite the opposite. But the doctors here truly do care about there patients and strive to keep you as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend the whole experience if you’re in need of dental work.

I originally went in for a black spot on a bottom tooth, thinking I needed a cavity filled. After the first round of x-rays I was told it was not a cavity and a teeth cleaning would get rid of it. Another round of xrays later and the whole bottom row cleaned, and the black spot is still there. So after $900 and two visits the simple to clean as I was told black spot which was bacteria is still there when I was told it would be taken care of. To add insult to injury, I decided not to show up for the last appointment since they didn't hold up their end of the bargain and clean my teeth to begin with and got hit with a cancellation fee. Luckily this isn't the only dentist in existence so I'd look elsewhere if I were you.
