In the picture you see how the man was racist I had explained and not just that but they are out of order I went at 7pm and they were closed ?!!! When it says on here they close at 7:30 pm? I feel terrible I’m in highschool and a loyal customer I will never shop here again.

They have a lot of things here but yeah after shopping here, that 10% tax fee is what made this be the first & last time I step foot in here. 😬 At least have a disclaimer. That’s nowhere near $160.

Definitely won’t come back I’ve been shopping here since I was a child. Two bad experiences I had here. First time I was told I had to put the items I was holding on the counter until I checked out just because i was browsing throughout the store. Just came here recently and as soon as I walk in the owner or employee was in my personal space kept asking me if I needed help my boyfriend said no we were fine he continued to ask and wouldn’t stop until I let him know we were okay and to walk away. They don’t treat customers good won’t be returning very racist here.

Came here a few days ago and was very very uncomfortable! The man literally came from behind the cash register just to watch my every move like I was gonna steal something lol! The lady at the register was also watching my every move! Made me not even want to buy anything.

I've shopped here for several years, the owners treat their customers like family. They carry a large supply of beauty products, to meet one's needs. I was looking for a very hard item, that was impossible to get. I went to Town Wigs and Gifts , gave them the item name and color that I needed. To my surprise, when I picked up this item, they located two of them for me. Thank you, you guys are wonderful

They are soooo rude! Terrible customer service, make you feel like crap if you can't afford their top of the line extensions. Not everyone can pay $300 for the best quality! but they should still treat a customer decently if they are spending around$50. Both the owner and the female worker give you nasty attitude if you just ask to see a few pieces that are inconveniently placed hanging from the ceiling. Shop anywhere else unless you're desperate like I was. I'll never be back! There's another hair supply shop in Pomona, and a place in Pasadena called Two Boys which treat their customers beautifully. I called and described what I was looking for and when I got there he had it waiting for me and didn't complain if I asked any questions. Much more worth it ladies. Don't give money to a comapany like Towne Wig and Beauty until they start treating their customers like a decent human being would!
