From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the ladies up front. Didn't wait long at all. Everyone was so nice and attentive. They have a lab on site as well so a big plus for me.

The people that work here are great, they're saddled with a difficult situation and are trying hard to normalize things. You can tell the iehp corp tried to micro manage everything.
Dr Pressman is great!! As is my NP, THE best!
Has the city done enough to keep businesses here or are more going to leave soon? With no manufacturing or high paying jobs here, can you blame anyone for going? The CHP or Sheriff are well paying jobs. All the Arizona cars around the depot, tells me AZ has most (or all) of the well paying railroad jobs...

I made an appointment because I needed a medication. Everything went well with Dr Folmsbee as expected. He's always been compassionate unprofessional with every one of my prior visits. Had a little issue today when it was obvious he was being condescending. He even brought that up! I have a nervous disorder that has been a challenge since the day I was born. Went to see a behavioral mental health specialists in Havasu. I was told the next time I go to take a pen and paper so I can take notes regarding my medications. I am being weaned off of Klonopin and at times it's been torturous. All I needed was some citalopram without the condescending remarks as I didn't know the dosage. I was shocked and disappointed having been told to take a piece of paper and pencil the next time. I just wanted to walk out so I didn't say anything. Going through withdrawals getting off of Klonopin is brutal enough. When I went to Havasu on July 12th, I had been cold turkey for about 4 days. All I needed was some medicinal relief and I was able to secure it. I really have no idea how I was able to drive home on that particular day. I felt guilty enough about driving impaired because of obvious safety reasons. I really did not appreciate that comment. I'm not sure I want to go back.

I was an hour early for a 4pm Dental visit. Doctor finally introduces himself to me at 4:46pm. No apology for running late, like it's totally normal. I said I'm a bit worried about whatever procedure I'm unsure I'm about to have being rushed before closing. They say no worries- trust them. Ok, but very politely and calmly I ask the doctor "but it's not an E.R., why not just schedule a part 2 for some patients if they start to run late so all the other patients can stay on time?" "I cannot work with this one" the doctor says mid sentence as he turns his back on me and walks out of the room. Me still in the exam chair with bib and goggles on. Seriously. WHERE. DOES. NEEDLES. FIND. THESE. PEOPLE?

I am a New patient to this office and honestly they are very unprofessional the girls upfront are rude and don’t seem to care about there job I was supposed to have a televisit to go over my testing results and no one called me I even called 20 minutes past my scheduled time and asked if I was still getting a call so I wasn’t forgotten, and I was they said yes she’s still going to call you just running behind. I never received my call. I would steer clear of this primary care honestly.

Great job Tri-State! I must say having new Management is exactly what this office needed. I can see the difference in the way the office is being ran. This is exactly what our small town needs. Thank you girls for being so professional and courteous

Put on hold,then hung up on three times.Laziest and Worst doctors, nurses, I have ever dealt with,complete incompetence,
A monopoly ,leaving residents stuck with lame medical service.abusive,.,Also UnderIEHP,ANOTHER MEDICAL MONOPOLY,PUT ON NEEDLES RESIDENTS.No choices,just the monopoly., was ordered a back brace,when needed,a neck brace,and then they want to argue about it and give me new appointment,to have them order my neck brace.Just stupid,and will cause me issues with getting surgery done,because I need neck support on long drives to keepthe pain down,typical ride,10 hr day.
. .We must end the monopoly,and get better choices available,and better health care for all residents of NEEDLES.Ca. End the monopoly.call news agencies,call federal government,state and local government,to end the monopoly.the healthcare games pulled on us ,just cause we live in needles .We are stuck with,the worst doctors office,because there is no choice.
.left msg for urgent,expedite order for a neck brace with Authorization coordinator,who's supposed to reply in 24 hrs.and never called or ordered neck brace.2 years of utter incompetence,dealing with this office.a nightmare.!!!

Three months to get a tooth filled and they drilled my real tooth down I got home and and it wasn't a few hours and the filling came out and it so now my nerve is exposed and it was a Friday so I have wait until Monday to say anything and that is if it don't take another three months to get an appointment
