I visited Truth in Function almost a year ago for pain due to a fairly severe knee injury. I was really stiff, limping, just all around uncomfortable. After one visit with Justin I was no longer limping. A year later I have almost no knee pain.

Recently, after a setback from breaking my tailbone, I got to experience the entire staff not only provide great recommendations for treatment but genuinely care about my healing and well-being. What is typically a long and painful recovery period has been reduced to almost no pain after only one month.

I highly recommend Justin and the rest of the staff at Truth and Function for any chronic pain, recent injury, or simply desire to increase your overall health. All of the trainers are extremely educated and have your best interests in mind always. They are a tremendous blessing to our community.

I don’t know what I would do without this place! Post back surgery, pre and post hip surgery. Got me back on my feet to go hiking 3 months after hip repair surgery when my surgeon told me it would take at least 9 months to a year to get back on the trails! Can’t say enough about everyone there but especially Mike and Alaina!

Staff is very nice, they seem to have a very "whole person" mindset when it comes to health. I have used the muscle activation techniques to help with migraines and it seemed to help and I am hoping to get kids in the martial arts classes eventually

They should think twice about laughing in the face of a disabled veteran with a Traumatic Brain Injury just because his annunciation is not perfect. So be it, my experience has already been passed on to other disabled veterans.
