Would love to shop here because it’s convenient.

Typically, I breeze in and out of beauty supply stores without a hitch. That is until last night, about 30 minutes before closing time... I get it, the employees or the owners' family are eager to wrap up and hit the town, but then I found myself strolling around aimlessly after the young lady declared that the wig section was closed.

I wish she knew it wasn't just what she said, but how she said it. I get it, everyone has their moments, but when your tone is sour and about as welcoming as a cactus hug, it's not exactly a ringing endorsement for repeat business!

I’ve been a very good annual costomer for years and always made large purchases when I come in…
So when I waited for Covid to die done… I finally came back in and the owner basically ignored me.. I think just because it was 25 mins till close…
So I decided to come back in a couple weeks later and the girls took their time and helped me but still didn’t have what I was looking for and was going to close soon.
The owner was aloof again and made a comment that I wasted their time… At that point I just went to another store and gave someone else the business I wanted to give them initially.
The nerve of telling me I was wasting their time when I’m one of their best costomer’s. Who has been giving them lots of my business for years… I decided to stop in one last time since I was passing by, because an item caught my eye and the owner hurried over to watch me as if I was going to shop lift cheap clothes from a beauty supply store 😤…. At this point I’ve decided to never give my business again to this store… Thanks to the owner’s inhospitable nature and horrible selection at such a large store

Should be a 0 or better yet -0. Worst place ever do not go into this nasty store. employees were very rude. They gave me an attitude when I asked a question. This place should be closed down.

As big as it is, it should have way more useful items. Terrible wig selection. The staff is either too pushy or they act like they don't even see you. Weird little girl that works here, lol. May want to rethink that situation. She looked way too young to be working there and wasn't helpful at all when we asked for assistance.

It was my birthday and I was shopping around trying to find Little Things to pick up at the last minute and a representative was watching me like a hawk following me in almost every aisle so I started messing with her and asking her to find stuff for me. I figured if she was going to follow me I might as well put her to work. Didn't really like the vibe of the associates but the place was very clean and well-organized.

The man working there (possibly a manager) has a nasty attitude. On multiple occasions he has yelled at his employees in front of customers and even yelled at me when I asked for the location of a product. It ruined the entire experience. I won’t be returning and we’ll make sure I let all my family, friends and colleagues know not to shop here. I’d give them
zero stars if I could. There are entirely too many beauty supply stores in this area to settle for such disrespect and uncomfortable experiences. Do better.
