Went in with my sister and they greeted us asking if we needed help and told us there were many selections.
The man was very cool and at the end we spent $147.
We came home to find out the OPI gel was old and pasty, even the brush was terrible. The next day I came back let me exchange without any issues.
Nice people, lots of choices.

I went for the first time today not knowing what to expect , from the outside it looks a lot smaller than it actually is inside ! I don't know their names but the man there that was helping was super sweet genuinely and very helpful. For the most part they do speak English but there was slight misunderstanding when asking about gel polish but it's okay I got what I wanted ! The prices are unbeatable !!! Kiara Sky gel and regular polish were only $5 each compared to their actual online prices of $15-$16 !!! That's a MAJOR DEAL !!! There was so much to choose from and if you can't find your color in a specific brand they'll have it in another which is what I needed to do. They also have hair products and makeup the same brands you'd see inside say target !They're friendly and accommodating and I WILL be back most likely every pay day haha ! Thank you so much ! You guys have a lovely business.

NEVER GO HERE!!! The customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. I was treated like a peasant coming into their store. I wanted to purchase items from them and they treated me like I was trying to steal from them. The demeanor of the workers is terrible; very RUDE and CONDESCENDING. They also sold me the wrong product and refused to correct their mistake and simply told me to “just throw it away and buy the right one”. The treatment was so terrible my friends and I just left because we didn’t want to give them our business. Go to any other nail supply but this one.

Not sure if it’s an owner. The guy is shorter and with a buzz haircut. He’s so rude. I will never buy anything from this store again.
Also if you plan to pay with credit there will be extra fees and you have to pay for taxes. I guess if you pay cash they can give you discount since they can avoid paying IRS.

You have to have a lot of patience because it is a very busy shopping center and many reckless drivers. The store is spacious and with a lot of variety you can find everything such as supplies for nails, feet, hair, hair removal in wholesale and for businesses. I found everything I was looking for. If you have to be very careful when passing through the aisles, they are very narrow and there is a sign that It says "if you break it, you pay for it" then you must be very careful, they have many cameras to ensure that nothing is stolen. The employees are also very distrustful and unfriendly, but otherwise, a very good store, it has a lot of variety.
