This is a neighborhood gem nestled in the Valley Country Mart of Woodland Hills. I had a wonderful session in the main community salt room. It was an extremely relaxing and rejuvenating experience. With its soft lighting, sound of the water fountain, and the calming meditation and music playing throughout the session, I leaned back in the zero gravity chair topped with a blanket and felt like I'd been transported to another place. In some ways, it reminded me of spending a beautiful afternoon at the ocean with the taste of salt on my lips. And the owner, Kari, is absolutely delightful! I felt taken care of from the moment I walked in, until the moment I left. I will definitely be back for more sessions and will recommend to my friends. Thank you, Valley Salt Cave for a wonderfully healing experience.

A Serene Escape at Valley Salt Cave

I recently visited the Valley Salt Cave with my wife and daughter, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The owners Kara and her husband are so amazing, they are truly lovely people who made us feel warmly welcomed and comfortable right away.

The atmosphere inside the salt cave is truly magical. From the soothing lighting to the cozy blankets and zero-gravity chairs, every detail is thoughtfully designed for relaxation. As someone who loves meditation, I was especially impressed by the calming sounds—the gentle water and meditative tones paired perfectly with the subtle salt aroma, creating a session of pure relaxation and healing.

It’s rare to find a space that so seamlessly combines tranquility and wellness. If you’re looking to unwind and recharge, I highly recommend the Valley Salt Cave. It’s an experience we’ll treasure and definitely be back for!

I finally experienced the amazing Valley Salt Cave ! This was such an incredible experience. So relaxing and calming. Purifies and detoxes our lungs. What a treat. Felt like I was in another land. Go experience the Salt Caves. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you Warren Shulman for such a wonderful experience. Must go try them out. They have smaller private rooms and a separate room for massages. That will be my next appointment

I purposely waited a few days 🗓️ before reviewing the Valley Salt cave... Why? It is because I wanted to see if there was a positive effect on my dearest friend who I brought here to help improve her congestion due to a second battle with Covid. 😷

I am so happy to report that our visit really made a noticeable difference in her recovery! 🌈🌞

Without grossing everyone out, she told me that her mucus was much thinner and easier to expel after being in the Salt cave.

She is feeling much improved! 🎊

I also have to mention that the owners, Warren and Kari were wonderful. 👍

I spoke to Kari on the phone ☎️ when I made the appointment and she was so kind and patient and answered all my questions.

When we arrived we were greeted by Warren who was so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. He made our experience even greater. 👍

I do need to mention that we were a party of five 🖐️ and had our own private room. The other four of us did not suffer from any respiratory problems, however, we all decided that we felt energized and better after being in the Salt cave. 💯

So, as you can easily tell, I would highly recommend 🧂Valley Salt Cave and we will be going back for sure.

The salt cave is a beautiful,comfortable space. It's hard to believe it took me this long to check it out. The small private cave is great for a couples experience, but the cascading sound of the water feature in the large cave also makes for a special session.. Well worth the time/money. If you live nearby there are monthly packages with great value.. So many healing qualities under one roof!!

Such a great small Jewish business. Support your local Jewish small businesses!! Had an amazing experience in the salt cave, I absolutely will be coming back. I believe it helped me with my breathing and asthma issues, we’ll see how I am in he next couple of days after this! Also just such a great calming experience to clear your mind. A good reset!

I've been looking for a Salt Room and was so excited to find one near my house. My session was very relaxing and therapeutic. The person I dealt with was very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. I will definitely go back.

I went to the Valley Salt Cave with my girlfriend for the first time Saturday; it was a FANTASTIC experience! The moment you walk into Valley Salt Cave, you feel a sense of calm and clarity. The owner Warren Shulman, greets you with a smile and explains the sessions and all Valley Salt Cave offers. I have not felt this relaxed in years! The guided meditation and tranquil music played in the salt session were incredibly soothing. I found my new self-care and can't wait to go back for my next salt session!
