I’m going into this review with a lot of thought, this salon is definitely different from all the others and I love it. The music the environment was lovely! Haven’t been to a salon in so long! We got 2 pedicures and 1 manicure full set. I didn’t say this to the worker but I told her I wanted a full set and she did it for me thankfully! I love the way my nails look and I felt terrible for keeping her an hour over after closing. But 3 days later and my heel hurts and my cuticles are so bad. Each and every one of my cuticles are cut up because she made each and every one of them bleed. Now I understand my nails haven’t been done in a while but not every single one should be scabbed up and sore. I will not be returning unfortunately I’ll stick with what I know. Love the nails they are beautiful but not worth the pain.

Teagan did a wonderful job with my gel manicure. Besides a few cuts from filing, it was a very enjoyable experience and she was so sweet to talk to. Definitely a talented nail tech who is considerate. I appreciated the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere as well.

“I had the best pedicure experience with Kali! She was incredibly thorough, paying attention to every detail to make sure my feet looked and felt amazing. From the relaxing soak to the meticulous cuticle care and perfectly polished nails, Kali’s skill and dedication really showed. She took her time, didn’t rush through any part of the process, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. My feet are so smooth, and my toes have never looked better! If you’re looking for a top-notch pedicure, I highly recommend booking with Kali—you won’t be disappointed!”

Overall good experience in the salon. Kali did a great job! All of the girls were nice, and helpful. A little more slow paced for relaxation and enjoyment! The speed of the service and the wait would be my ONLY con! I love my toes!

DO NOT COME HERE.
I rarely leave reviews, but after the utterly unacceptable and disrespectful experience I had at this salon, I feel compelled to warn others.
I arrived for a nail service and Jasmine OFFERED to began removing my nails around 10:30 AM. She told me she had another appointment around 11:00 AM and wouldn’t be able to finish the removal, but promised someone else would take over. After the removal, I was told I’d only need to wait 45–60 minutes for someone to help me. Another walk-in came in, and they were immediately prioritized over me. No one was available to continue my service, and I ended up waiting for OVER TWO HOURS. I sat there from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM with filed off nails.
When I expressed my frustration, I was met with attitude and told I was a “walk-in,” so I had to wait. If your salon can’t properly manage walk-in clients, then you shouldn’t offer that option at all. It’s not acceptable to make walk in customers feel inferior to those with appointments, and down play extreme wait times. Proper communication and expectation should be clear from the very beginning. This was a complete failure in customer service. I left the salon from frustration and disappointment with nothing but bare fragile nails that still had red nail polish that wasn’t fully removed.
To make matters worse I had to pay for the terrible removal service!! I was told from the beginning I was eligible for a 15% student discount on Saturdays, but when I asked about applying it to the removal charge, the manager outright lied and said it only applied to high school students. She insisted there was an age requirement on the website—except that there is no such information anywhere on the site. This was nothing more than a cheap excuse to avoid honoring the discount and charge me more.
And speaking of charging more, when I originally arrived asking for a simple fill, I was told they couldn’t fill my nails because they had been done at a different salon, which I understood. But I was taken advantage of and asked to remove my prior work and charged with an extra fee for “foreign removal.” On their site removal is only $20 but they charge $35 for “foreign removal”. This felt like a deliberate scam to get more money out of me.
To top it all off, as I was waited for two hours I watched as several employees were on their phones—answering calls and texting—while servicing their clients which explains their drastic wait times. This is beyond unprofessional and it’s disrespectful to the clients who are paying for their time.
This place is overpriced, unprofessional, and completely mismanaged. They have zero respect for their clients, and their communication with themselves and their clients is abysmal. They’re just out for your money, making up fees and excuses at every turn. I would never return to this salon and strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I had an appointment with Vanitee. She was very professional, and prompt, the establishment is clean and all present staff possessed professional aplomb . Great vibe for a nail/ pampering experience. One of my jewels fell off of my nail ,and it was fixed with no problem by Vanitee. I will definitely return. However, make sure you book correctly and read her guidelines, if you have questions or need assistance definitely reach out to her for clarification/assistance BEFORE booking an appointment. The only negative is the booking fees/ tax but it’s not her ,it’s the system used and I rather that amount go towards my service or into the nail techs pockets .
