They are charging me $500+ on a phone line that was not even sent to me! 😡😡😡 In addition there were so many hidden and additional fees. Save yourself and do not sign up, they signed me up for a plan I never asked for. They are not tracking plans properly and are finding out ways to rack up your bill. If you have any other suggestions on better ways to share my experience and report them let me know!

Do not recommend this store. We did a trade-in not knowing this was not a direct Verizon store. A direct Verizon store let us know they shouldn’t have taken our trade in the first place. The direct Verizon employee spoke to a rep from Verizon Victra and initially said they could not locate the trade in. Good thing we got it all sorted out at the end, but it would have been nice if they were honest since the beginning.

They have no idea what they are doing. First they transferred our phones and said to restart our new ones for them to be activated. We went home and did that and didn't have activated phones for 2 days. Meanwhile my wife has an hour commute to work and I had no way of getting in touch with her. Then they somehow deleted the promotion on our account raising our bill to almost 500 for the first payment. They are not actual verizon, they are a satellite store(like a kiosk in the mall). When I called verizon customer service they were helpful and found out that someone at this store deleted my promotion, they don't know how but they know it's someone here. The customer service rep notated my account and called the manager of the store. The manager of the store said they would call me back and never did. I thought they would see the notation and correct their mistake, but instead I have another bill this time almost 400 dollars. They are not real verizon, they have no idea what they are doing, and they do not care about customers. I recommend you go to an actual verizon store if you want to switch.

I do not recommend this place at all. Sales rep will be nice to your face in person, but after you will be hit with up charges or the signing up of a plan that you did not consent to. I went to purchase the new iPhone 16 and a day after, I received a text and email that I had signed up for Verizon’s Home Device Protection which was never even mentioned or brought up to me. I made it clear that all I wanted was my upgrade and the new phone and that’s it. When I called Asurion customer service who handles these protection plans, they were very helpful and even asked right away if I consented to signing up. Be extra careful if you decide to come here!
