The worst manicure of my life. The feel gaslit by the positive reviews. How this place has 4.6 star reviews is beyond me. I’m not from around her from LA. I’m not picky but the one thing you don’t do is leave nail polish on the skin. It’s all I’ve my hands and cuticles. If I had known it was going to be this bad I would have done it myself. I can do a better job!! The only reason I didn’t was because I had to evacuate from the palisades fires and the only thing I wanted to feel normal was some mice nails. Now I’m at the CVS buying nail polish removal because this shit is depressing me

I took my daughter to Victoria’s this morning and Karen did such a great job! She got a full set of acrylic nails with French tips and they are exactly what she wanted. I recommend this nail shop.

I’m not even done getting my pedicure from Charlie and I wish I could give him ten stars. I haven’t been able to get a pedicure for months since I work on a boat and he just gave me the most thorough callous removal I’ve ever had and my feet feel great. I wish I lived here because I would come every other week if I could. Thank you, Charlie!

I absolutely loved my experience here. Vince was very welcoming and helped make for a great experience.

Now my nails!!! Ben did such a wonderful job, I absolutely love my nails. I showed an inspiration picture and he exceeded my expectations. 10/10 recommend

What a great experience. My nails were so sad and in need (blue) Ben was simply fantastic!! I didn't wait at all, foolishly spilled their tools, and it was still a great experience!

Update... After such great service on the first few visits I was not expecting for it to go down hill so quickly. Communication barriers create major confusion. I felt so uncomfortable when he was roughly pulling my hands and not speaking a word to me, at this point I have no idea what is going on. I'm walking out paying double for a service and I just wanted to cry...
As I sat in the salon my last visit I encountered 3 irritated people coming in to get repairs from the previous day. Waited an hour after my appointment time to get my fill so they could be seen first, and I'll will never go back.
First time visit was a great experience and I will be back! Hai did an amazing job on my ombré nails and the massage on my hands at the end was totally not expected but much appreciated. Ann did an amazing job on my lashes even going way beyond work hours just to accommodate my appointment issue. Not just amazing work but the customer service is totally worth it. I’ve never had such a great experience at any other local salons.
