There always so helpful and got lucky there was a 40% off what I was looking for so 4 bras for 110 $ better than 200 to 300 something

Very helpful and friendly staff, while at the same time you could shop on your own without feeling pressured. I was incredibly impressed with the pandemic procedures and felt safe shopping there. Only one entrance is open, masks are required, staff and customers were all wearing masks and maintaining distancing procedures. Thank you to all that are working so hard to keep these doors open!

It was ok. They are easy to make exchanges and returns with. Just wish the dressing rooms were open so we didn't have to go home to try stuff on (my wife, not me), then ho back to exchange for better fit. Some of the gals working there were not very friendly, acting like they'd rather be somewhere else, or like they were ingenious when talking to/at you. The quality of bras is better than Target or Walmart, so expect to pay more than those places.

Feb 02,'17. I've visited at least 15 VS stores (it's my favorite shop) and I've never had worse customer service. I was one of about 5 people in the store. I walked around looking at ALL the merchandise, for 20 min and not one employee even smiled at me, much less come over and tell me what sales where happening or offer a fitting. One girl did say have a good day as I left. I'll go to Roseville Galleria anyway over this one.

Honestly I have not been in this store or too many stores due to the pandemic however visiting the mall my friend and I did a walk-through and this store is set up beautifully it's immaculate the employees are extremely helpful and friendly, I was very happy to see they are changing the marketing to include women of all race, size and gender good for you Victoria's secret! They also have other products other than clothing great lotions etc.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service right at the door...IMMEDIATELY... Staff at the door wanted to go on a political rant about me not wearing a mask. I’m there with my girlfriend and guess what? I don’t want to be there and I’M PAYING!!! $$ You treat me like that and now you will never see a dollar from me again. They should have more mature and adult staff working there. Very bad and uncomfortable vibe. The whole little outlet mall was wonderful but this store is a land mine for confrontation.
