I don't understand all the bad reviews for this pharmacy. I think there must be a mistake and they think is the pharmacy on Quintard that has all the rude crazy ppl. This one has the most incredible staff- I was having problems with my insurance and they took the time to call my insurance company and get things took care of so I could get my meds. NO OTHER PHARMACY HAS EVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THAT FOR ME!! - Kristy Sellers

Overall this pharmacy does a great jo, I am always greeted in a friendly manner when I enter the store.

I had some vaccine scheduling issues here as I scheduled over the phone. The appointment did not initially get submitted into the system, I ultimately had to reschedule after taking the time to come in and be informed I was not on the roster.

I was told appointments were all about 30 minutes apart and the schedule was backed up at the time. On the day I finally received my vaccine appointment, I waited about 15-30 minutes past the time; however, I assumed the delay was to be expected.

Don’t use this one. Was in the hospital 2.5 days (Thursday-Saturday) due to heart/blood pressure issues. The Dr called in my meds the second day (Friday). Went to go get my meds today after being discharged. They said they only had one ready, the aspirin, which is over the counter and I have at home, said the two blood pressure meds would be Monday, and “did I really need it today”. I said yeah, this is heart stuff, I need the blood pressure meds asap. Then all the sudden they could fill it in 20 minutes. What kind of pharmacy has this mentality? Called Walgreens in Jacksonville and they pulled my prescriptions to fill immediately.

What is the purpose of making an appointment for the COVID vaccine when you get there and it's going to be over a 2 hour wait past your scheduled appointment?!?!?!

Are you over booking? Is the store taking more walk ins than they can even remotely handle?!?!?!

It's very discouraging when you're trying to get what could be a life saving vaccine.

Horrible pharmacy staff. Waited over 45 minutes for pharmacist to give me emergency supply of BP med because tech forgot to request refill from my Doctorl over 2 weeks ago. He was too busy socializing. I walked out and picked up med at Jacksonville Walgreens.

Try to call and get someone. The system gets to the point of getting someone to the line and they hang up on you. Horrible thing to do to your customers. Great way to lose customers.
