Tuve un problema el otro dia mande a mi hermana para pasar a reocjer mi medicamentos pues resulta que no estavan listas encuanto me avian dicho q si estavan hable por telephono y la muchacha Brenda por sierto bien noble siempre es muy agents eya siempre me ayuda y me comento que occupava una nueva receta del doctor. Pues yo estava molesto porque me via dicho una muchacha y me confirmo que iva estar mi medicamento. Rapidamente Brenda hablo a la officina de mi doctor para que El doctor autorizada rapidamente pues resulto que por la ayuda de Brenda pude tener mi medicamento es una de las mejores empleadas.

Old fashioned pharmacy with a helpful and knowledgeable staff. Durable medical goods along with prescriptions with gifts things to peruse while you wait. Highly recommend!

It's sort of a boutique place. They carry a lot of name-brand meds, especially anything that has frequent shortages like ADHD stimulant meds. This means they have them when no one else does, but it costs you a lot more out-of-pocket. They also charge their own separate upcharge for handling these kinds of meds. And they will only fill your prescription for these meds if all of your other meds are through them as well.

Aside from all that, it's a pretty normal independent pharmacy. I've always had good customer service. They always call me back right away when I leave a message.

One other thing: they took great care of a young person who stayed with me for a year and who needed a lot of different and complicated medications, and who was on MediCal.

Westside Pharm was super helpful with reaching out to County Health to get his refills when they didn't come through properly, which happened a lot. It's not easy to work with County, so I appreciate that they put in the extra effort for this young trans POC person, to get him his medications. His meds were not for ADHD though.

On Wednesday, asked for meds to be delivered Friday. I let the person know that I was going to run out soon, that Saturday would be my last dose. The message didn't register because my meds were never delivered and I received no call about it. This has happened on two other occasions. I will be seeking business elsewhere.

The staff at Westside have been such a pleasant experience after dealing with Rite Aid and CVS for the past several years. They have always gone beyond the call to deliver our prescriptions on time, every time. The store is adorable with special well displayed retail items.

Judy was so friendly and helpful. We needed to rent a wheelchair last minute and it was very easy and extremely reasonably priced. If you’re looking for wheelchair rental I would highly recommend. The inside of the store is also very clean and has lots of stuff you would expect to find in a pharmacy.
